Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
Once processed, your order will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the 7–10 business day processing window.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

Shipping Delays:
Please be aware that holidays, peak seasons, and unexpected carrier delays may affect shipping times. These delays are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist if issues arise.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
