Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, makeup, pet hair, or perfume.

Original tags must be attached (if applicable).

Sale, clearance, accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Method

Returns are issued as store credit only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll take care of it at no cost to you.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and for store credit to be issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply request a return for store credit and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted, as they begin processing immediately.
