We truly appreciate every order and understand that sometimes items may not arrive as expected due to factors outside of our control. Our number one priority is ensuring our customers are taken care of. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, makeup, pet hair, or perfume.

  • Original tags must be attached (if applicable).

  • Sale, clearance, accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Method

  • Returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at sales@hgcbventures.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll take care of it at no cost to you.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and for store credit to be issued.

**Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring package arrives to seller.  Always use a trackable shipping method! HGCB Ventures is not responsible for lost packages.
